Corrections Policy
We want every article and vacancy guide to be accurate, clear and useful. Readers, candidates and employers are encouraged to report information that may require correction.
How to request a correction
Email jega.outsourcingagency@gmail.com with the article title, page address, the statement you believe is inaccurate and any supporting information.
How we review requests
The Jega team checks the published wording against the original employer information, available records and any credible supporting source. We may contact the person submitting the request when clarification is required.
What happens after review
Confirmed errors are corrected as promptly as practical. Material changes may include an updated review date or a correction note. Minor spelling, grammar and formatting corrections may be made without a separate notice.
Vacancy updates
A role may be marked filled, closed or updated when the recruiting employer confirms a change. Candidates should always check the current vacancy page before applying.
Complaints and privacy
Correction requests should not include passwords, payment-card details, confidential CV content or unnecessary personal information. Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
