How application details are used
When you apply for a listed job or register in the talent pool, Jega Outsourcing Network collects the contact details, work information and CV you provide so the team can assess your suitability and communicate about recruitment opportunities.
What is collected
Your name, age range when supplied for talent registration, phone number, email, location, qualifications, experience, roles of interest, availability, uploaded CV and any optional photograph submitted with a listed-job application.
Access and sharing
Applications and talent profiles are intended for review by authorised Jega staff. Candidate details are not displayed publicly. Jega should only share your profile or CV with a suitable employer for a relevant recruitment process where your consent permits this.
Employer requests
Employers may request staffing support through Jega. Submitting an employer request does not provide direct access to the candidate database or private CV files.
Testimonials
If you submit feedback, your phone number and email are used privately to verify your experience. Only your chosen display name, relationship, role or business and approved testimonial words may be displayed publicly after review and your consent.
Applicant photographs
A candidate applying for a listed job may optionally submit one photograph. This photograph is stored privately for authorised Jega review and is not displayed publicly. Employers should assess competence and suitability fairly rather than relying on appearance.
How long records are retained
Application details, CVs and any optional photograph are reviewed for deletion after 12 months unless the candidate is actively being considered, has been placed, has agreed to remain in the talent pool, or the record must be retained for a lawful business reason. Candidates may request earlier deletion by contacting Jega.
Quick help assistant
The on-site quick help tool provides preset answers and links. It does not ask for or store a chat transcript. If you continue on WhatsApp, your message is handled through that contact channel.
Website activity tracking
The website records basic page visits, button clicks, traffic source and time of activity so Jega can understand which pages, jobs and social links are useful. This tracking does not collect passwords, CV contents, bank details or private form answers.
Your responsibility
Do not submit passwords, bank details or unnecessary sensitive information in your CV or photograph. Job opportunities for candidates are provided at no cost.
