General Business Manager – Player One Game Café

Role overview
Lead growth and operations across three branches. Develop revenue strategies, attract and retain customers, organise gaming competitions and events, establish partnerships, supervise operations, lead teams against KPIs, manage costs and strengthen brand visibility.
Requirements
- Male or female candidate with at least 2 years of relevant business management, operations, hospitality, leisure, retail or entertainment experience. HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Management or a related discipline. Proven revenue growth, customer acquisition, leadership, strategic planning, marketing, event and partnership skills. Applicants must submit an updated CV and a practical business growth plan covering revenue, customer traffic, events, operational efficiency and first-90-day targets.
Compensation and schedule
NGN 300,000 monthly
