Role overview

Jega Outsourcing Network Ltd is recruiting a competent, experienced and results-driven Manager to oversee the daily operations of a pharmacy and supermarket in Ijeshatedo, Lagos. Requirements

• Male or female
• 35 years and below.
• Minimum HND or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in retail management, supermarket operations, pharmacy retail operations or a similar managerial position.
• Strong leadership, supervisory and team-management skills.
• Good understanding of inventory management, sales reporting and stock control.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Able to manage employees, resolve operational challenges and work under pressure.
• Basic computer literacy, including POS systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Organised, disciplined, trustworthy and accountable
• able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be willing to follow the stated work schedule.

Compensation and schedule

NGN 150,000 monthly
Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–4:30 PM; Saturday: 7:00 AM–10:00 AM; Sunday: 1:00 PM–10:00 PM; one scheduled day off weekly.
