Male Sales Representative

Role overview

We are seeking a responsible, confident, and customer-focused Male Sales Representative to support the daily operations of a fashion retail store. The successful candidate will attend to customers, promote products, manage inventory, maintain basic sales records, and assist with the store’s social media activities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist them in selecting suitable fashion items.
• Promote products and work toward achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
• Handle daily store operations and keep the shop properly organised.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counting and restocking.
• Maintain accurate sales, stock, and customer records using Microsoft Excel.
• Respond to customer enquiries professionally, both in-store and online.
• Support the store’s WhatsApp and social media pages.
• Arrange and display products attractively.
• Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
• Prepare daily sales reports and updates for management.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organisation of the sales area.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SSCE; OND holders may also apply.
• Applicants must be between 18 and 30 years old.
• Previous experience in a retail store, boutique, or fashion business is required.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and record-keeping.
• Ability to use social media and WhatsApp for customer engagement.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be honest, responsible, punctual, and well-presented.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must have a genuine interest in fashion and retail sales.
• Applicants living within Surulere or nearby areas will have an advantage.

Compensation and schedule

NGN 80,000 monthly
Monday - Saturday, 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
