Responsibilities
- Visit business owners to resolve issues on-site
- Handle and resolve complaints through support channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and agents
- Provide field support and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Male candidates below 28 years
- SSCE and above can apply
- Previous field experience is an added advantage
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel within assigned coverage locations
- Smart, responsible and proactive
Compensation and schedule
NGN 100,000
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
