Role overview

We are seeking a smart, professional, and customer-focused Female Customer Service Representative to join a reputable Fashion Clothing Line located in Obanikoro, Lagos. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. She will handle inquiries, process orders, resolve complaints, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the smooth operation of the business while building strong customer relations

Requirements

• Applicants must possess a minimum qualification of OND or higher from a recognized institution. Candidates must be female, between 18 and 30 years of age, and must be smart, neat, and presentable. Previous customer service experience is an added advantage. Applicants should reside within or around Obanikoro, Bariga, Anthony, Shomolu, or Gbagada for easy accessibility to the workplace.
