Role overview
Jega Outsourcing Network Ltd is recruiting an experienced Bread Baker to prepare and bake different types of bread to required recipes and standards; measure, mix, knead, proof and shape dough; monitor time, temperature and quality; meet daily production targets; maintain equipment and work-area hygiene; monitor ingredients; minimize wastage; and follow food-safety procedures.
Requirements
- Male candidate aged 18–45. One to four years of practical bread-baking experience. Relevant baking experience is required. Must be reliable, hardworking, quality-focused and able to work with minimal supervision. One position is available.
Compensation and schedule
₦150,000 monthly
Monday–Sunday | Rotating shifts: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM or 5:00 PM–7:00 AM
