Role overview
Jega Outsourcing Network Ltd. is recruiting five qualified, detail-oriented and trustworthy female Assistant Accountants for a reputable Pharmacy & Supermarket in Masha, Surulere. Successful candidates will support daily financial operations by maintaining accurate records of sales, purchases, expenses and payments; updating accounting ledgers; reconciling cash, bank and POS transactions; preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports; monitoring payables and receivables; verifying invoices, receip
Requirements
- Female candidates. Minimum OND in Accounting, Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline
- HND/BSc is an advantage. Previous accounting or finance experience preferred. Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliation, financial reporting and inventory accounting. Practical Microsoft Excel skills required
- QuickBooks, Sage or similar software is an advantage. Must be numerical, analytical, accurate, organised, trustworthy and confidential, with good communication and teamwork skills. Must work rotational shifts including weekends and preferably reside in Masha, Surulere or nearby areas. Compensation and schedule
NGN 140,000 monthly
Monday-Saturday rotational shifts: 7:00 AM-5:00 PM or 2:00 PM-10:00 PM; Sunday: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM or 3:00 PM-10:00 PM; one rotational day off weekly.
